HUMAN WEALTH™

In the 2024 keynote address, WMBC President David Coles and Founder Scott Coles reflect on the company’s 22 years of service and highlight the evolution of their innovative Human Wealth™ methodology. This approach, introduced in 2017, integrates clients’ subjective and material lives, enabling them to communicate what matters most and translate those values into actionable financial strategies.

The keynote speakers emphasize that financial security is just one aspect of overall well-being. They discuss the interconnectedness of well-being attributes, such as community connections, financial capability, vitality, and meaningful activities.

They also outline the eight key life transitions that significantly impact wellness, including retirement, becoming empty nesters, career changes, becoming caregivers, and experiencing the death of a loved one. WMBC’s Human Wealth™ methodology has equipped the company to better support clients through these crucial phases.

David Coles also reviewed the progress of WMBC’s Intentional Investment Management approach, introduced in 2019, which has enhanced client access to diverse financial portfolios. This approach focuses on diversifying investments among different sectors in the market, both domestically and internationally, to ride momentum and provide clients with more stability in their investment strategies.
